libestr-dev software package provides helper functions for handling strings (headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libestr-dev
libestr-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libestr-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libestr-dev *
You will get with libestr-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
